Amazing support from the team. I purchased a heavily discounted ex-demo amplifier from their Edinburgh location through the website, but unfortunately, the site hadn’t refreshed its stock information and the amp was already sold out.

The staff at the shop didn’t even bother to ask if I wanted a refund; they simply expressed their apologies for the hassle and sent out a brand new amp as a replacement.

I had a great experience with Pel at the Falkirk store. He was way more focused on understanding what I needed rather than pushing for a more expensive option. I'd definitely recommend this place and would happily shop there again. Cheers, Pat

The treatment my son got while ordering a product from the Falkirk store was just unbelievable. They attempted to charge him an extra £125, claiming the cable was an additional cost (which was actually included in the box) after already giving a price with a deposit. When my wife went to handle the situation, they tried to hit her with another £125... which meant a total of £250 in credit. To top it off, they made a sexist remark about how a woman had to deal with this issue. Not a good look, that's for sure. My son used to shop there often, but now he’s not going back, especially since they took advantage of his kindness. Just a heads up, steer clear of this store.

Fantastic guidance and support, I’m absolutely thrilled with the contemporary setup I’ve got now. Iain provided excellent recommendations, and even though one part I ordered is stuck on a 12-week wait in some shops, he managed to get it to me in roughly 5 days. It was awesome to try out the equipment before buying as well. My wife and I are diving back into music and experiencing how it’s meant to sound.

I ordered some stuff that was out of stock, which seemed to be a problem all over the UK. The staff were nice when I called, even though they seemed a bit stressed. I had to reach out to the telesales team via email. They made an effort to find the item, but no luck. A refund was processed quickly, and I got a polite email explaining everything. I’d surely shop here again.

Outstanding support from the team. Sadly, the item I was after faced some hold-ups, but the crew let me know right away and even threw in a discount for the inconvenience. They kept me updated until I decided to back out of the order, which is a bummer, but they gave me a full refund. HIFI was stuck due to the supplier, so no blame there for the delay; it just shows what great customer service looks like.

Recently, I picked up a great set of Solidsteel speaker stands from Hi-Fi Corner - it was my first experience shopping with them. I’m sure I’ll be back for more, 'cause the deal and service were top-notch. They gave solid advice and the team was really efficient. No complaints here. Big thanks to all. Michael

The site claimed the item was available. I placed my order and made the payment. Then I got an email saying it was out of stock - clearly, the website's info is off. Naturally, my credit card was charged. Not pleased at all.

The shop did reply, but they didn’t explain why my card was charged when the item wasn’t available, or why it’s so tough to keep the website current. Promoting products they don’t actually have while still charging folks’ cards just ain’t right.

I don’t usually write reviews (maybe I oughta do it more often!), but I felt compelled to share how exceptional the care for my turntable and HiFi system was. They even made a home visit, and Tony patiently explained every tiny detail I was worried about or needed clarity on. I wouldn’t think twice about recommending Hifi corner to anyone looking for advice, assistance, or to purchase some gear. These folks are truly dedicated. Thanks a bunch!

Right from the first interaction with the crew, through the equipment demonstration and all the way to buying your selected HiFi gear, Iain and his team in Edinburgh were top-notch. I can't praise them enough. Their meticulousness, particularly during the pandemic, along with their excellent advice and endless patience, was remarkable. It's clear why so many folks would choose to come back to HiFi Corner; the customer service is truly exceptional (other businesses should take a hint). Thanks once more for an awesome experience.

Awesome customer support.

Ordered an amplifier online and it showed up the very next day. There was an issue with the headphone jack (not their fault). I chatted with John over the phone, and after he checked out the video I sent showing the problem, he arranged for a replacement to be sent my way (which arrived the following day) and they picked up the faulty amp at the same time. No issues since then.

I recently bought a quad 2 amp from Hi Fi Corner. Tony offered plenty of great advice and was super helpful. I traded in some hifi separates and got a really fair deal. I stumbled upon Hifi corner online. They were my backup choice for purchasing new speakers. Now, they’re my top choice, no doubt about it. Just so you know, my 'first choice' left me speaker-less and 30€ poorer because of a double currency conversion fee from PayPal. Everything went smoothly at Hifi corner: quick, precise, and attentive. Luke provided fantastic service; I can’t express my gratitude enough. I’m from continental Europe, and the shipping was exactly as they said, arriving in just 6 days. Rating out of 10? Definitely an 11...
